Hog casings We offer our clients the following hog casings for the production of a wide variety of sausage types. Some examples include 'Kiełbasa Śląska', 'Rzeszowska' sausages from Poland, Grilli' sausages from Finland, 'Bratwurst' from Germany, 'Boudin blanc' and Saucisse Montbeliard’ from France, 'Boerewors' from South Africa, BBQ sausages, other fresh pork sausages, smoked pork sausages, dried sausages, 'Cabanossi', etc. Available caliber: We can offer you standard bundles with a length of 75, 80 and 91,5 m (1 hank). Casings can be produced dry-salted or in brine (easy-fill). Besides material in bundles, we can offer hog casings on soft-tubes or special tubes. We are happy to offer you advice on the best method of packaging and preparation. Sheep and goat casings They mainly used in production of boiled, smoke-dried and raw sausages among others 'Viennas', 'Frankfurter', 'Merguez', 'Knakkers' and 'Bockwurst'. One hank is 80 m long.
